CREDITS & VOUCHERS TERMS
These Credits & Vouchers Terms govern the issue, use, redemption, adjustment, expiry and cancellation of Gift Cards, Store Credit, Vouchers, Kang Loyalty Points and related promotional balances made available by KANG SEORYUN™ at kangseoryun.com.
These Terms should be read together with our Terms of Sale & Use, Returns & Exchanges Policy, Made-to-Order Policy, Warranty, Defects & Claims Policy and any product-specific or program-specific notices published on the Website.

1. Scope and Application
1.1 These Terms apply to all Gift Cards, Store Credit, Vouchers, Kang Loyalty Points and related promotional or account-linked value mechanisms issued, made available or recognized by KANG SEORYUN™ through the Website.
1.2 These Terms apply in addition to any product-specific, campaign-specific, account-specific or checkout-specific conditions that may govern a particular credit, voucher, reward or promotional balance.
1.3 If a specific offer, campaign, redemption page or written notice states otherwise, that more specific term will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
2. Definitions
2.1 Gift Card means a prepaid stored-value instrument issued by KANG SEORYUN™ for use toward eligible purchases on the Website.
2.2 Store Credit means any non-withdrawable account-linked balance issued by KANG SEORYUN™, including credit issued by way of refund adjustment, goodwill adjustment, campaign arrangement, system adjustment, Gift Card conversion or other approved basis.
2.3 Voucher means any promotional, discount-based or offer-based code, reward or credit instrument that may be redeemed subject to stated conditions.
2.4 Kang Loyalty Points or Loyalty Points means promotional points issued under a loyalty or rewards program operated by KANG SEORYUN™, redeemable only in the manner and subject to the conditions stated by us from time to time.
2.5 Promotional Balance means any non-cash value, reward or redemption mechanism issued under a campaign, program, promotion or account-based arrangement and includes Store Credit, Loyalty Points, promotional credits and similar balances unless the context requires otherwise.
3. General Principles
3.1 Gift Cards, Store Credit, Vouchers, Loyalty Points and Promotional Balances are forms of non-cash, platform-limited value.
3.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, they:
- do not constitute legal tender;
- are not bank-issued or regulated financial instruments;
- are not redeemable for cash;
- do not create a deposit, trust or stored-value account outside the Website;
- may be restricted to eligible purchases, eligible users, eligible territories or eligible programs.
3.3 We reserve the right to determine the form, value, availability, eligibility, redemption mechanics, conditions and lifecycle of any Gift Card, Store Credit, Voucher, Loyalty Point or Promotional Balance made available on or through the Website.
4. Gift Cards
4.1 Gift Cards may be used as a payment method for eligible purchases on the Website, subject to any conditions stated at the time of issue, sale or redemption.
4.2 Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by us in writing, Gift Cards:
- are non-refundable once purchased;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account;
- cannot be converted into monetary value outside the Website.
4.3 Where a refund relating to a Gift Card is approved, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, re-credit the relevant balance as Store Credit, reissue value to the original Gift Card or apply another lawful and reasonable remedy.
4.4 Gift Cards are treated as cash-equivalent instruments for operational purposes. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for loss, theft, unauthorized use or misuse arising after a Gift Card has been issued, delivered or made available to the account or recipient designated by you.
5. Store Credit
5.1 Store Credit may be issued by KANG SEORYUN™ at its sole discretion, including in connection with refunds, system adjustments, goodwill resolutions, campaign arrangements, commercial adjustments, Gift Card conversions or other approved circumstances.
5.2 Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by us in writing, Store Credit:
- cannot be redeemed for cash;
- cannot be withdrawn;
- cannot be externally transferred;
- may only be used toward eligible purchases on the Website.
5.3 Store Credit may carry an expiry date where stated at the time of issue or reflected in the relevant account, campaign or redemption interface.
5.4 If no expiry period is stated, Store Credit remains subject to these Terms, any applicable campaign conditions and any lawful changes made by us from time to time.
6. Vouchers
6.1 Vouchers are promotional instruments and do not represent stored monetary value unless expressly stated otherwise.
6.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vouchers:
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be converted into Store Credit;
- cannot be refunded;
- cannot be combined with another voucher, campaign or discount where such combination is restricted.
6.3 Vouchers may be subject to one or more of the following conditions:
- expiry date;
- minimum spend;
- product-category restrictions;
- usage limits;
- account eligibility;
- territory or region restrictions;
- campaign-specific exclusions;
- one-time use or limited redemption rules.
6.4 A Voucher is valid only if used strictly in accordance with the conditions stated at the time of issue or redemption.
7. Kang Loyalty Points
7.1 KANG SEORYUN™ may operate a loyalty or rewards program under which eligible users may earn and redeem Kang Loyalty Points in accordance with these Terms and any program-specific conditions made available on the Website.
7.2 Loyalty Points are promotional in nature, hold no cash value and may only be used in the manner determined by KANG SEORYUN™ from time to time.
7.3 Points may be earned through qualifying activities determined by us from time to time.
7.4 Unless otherwise stated, points are awarded only on the net order value. Shipping charges, taxes, duties and non-qualifying fees are excluded from point calculations.
7.5 Where an Order is cancelled, refunded or partially refunded, any Loyalty Points earned from that Order, or the relevant refunded portion, may be deducted, reversed or adjusted accordingly.
7.6 Loyalty Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards, including discount vouchers or other designated rewards, subject to the redemption values, availability and conditions determined by KANG SEORYUN™ from time to time.
7.7 Unless otherwise stated at the time of issue or redemption, loyalty-redeemed discount vouchers remain valid for the period stated in the relevant reward or redemption interface.
7.8 Unless otherwise stated, Loyalty Points may expire after the period of account inactivity stated in the relevant loyalty interface or program terms.
7.9 Loyalty Points, loyalty-redeemed vouchers and related promotional rewards are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for monetary payment.
7.10 We reserve the right to amend, suspend, discontinue or terminate the loyalty program, in whole or in part, at any time, subject to applicable law and any express commitments already made in relation to a specific reward or balance.
8. Adjustments, Reversals and Abuse
8.1 We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, adjust, suspend, cancel or void any Gift Card, Store Credit, Voucher, Loyalty Point or Promotional Balance where we reasonably suspect:
- misuse;
- fraud;
- manipulation;
- abusive redemption activity;
- abnormal account behaviour;
- unauthorized access;
- breach of these Terms;
- breach of any applicable policy or campaign condition.
8.2 We also reserve the right to cancel affected Orders, suspend relevant accounts, refuse redemption or apply other lawful and reasonable remedial measures where such conduct is identified.
8.3 Any balance, reward or benefit issued in error may be corrected, reversed or cancelled by us at any time.
9. Expiry, Suspension and Discontinuation
9.1 Gift Cards, Store Credit, Vouchers, Loyalty Points and Promotional Balances may expire where an expiry period is stated or where expiry is otherwise permitted under the relevant program conditions and applicable law.
9.2 We may amend, suspend, discontinue or terminate any Gift Card program, Store Credit mechanism, Voucher feature, loyalty feature or related promotional arrangement at any time, subject to applicable law and any express commitments already made.
9.3 In the event the Website, a relevant program or the relevant underlying operation is discontinued, suspended or ceases, any unused Store Credit, Loyalty Points, loyalty-redeemed vouchers or Promotional Balances may be cancelled without cash compensation unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Refunds, Returns and Order Adjustments
10.1 If an Order paid wholly or partly by Gift Card, Store Credit, Voucher or Loyalty-based reward is refunded, cancelled, adjusted or reversed, the refund or adjustment may be applied in the same original form, in Store Credit, by reinstatement of the relevant balance or by another lawful and reasonable method determined by us.
10.2 Where a Voucher or reward-based discount was applied to an Order, the value of that Voucher or reward may be treated as consumed upon use unless we expressly reinstate it.
10.3 Promotional structures, bundled pricing adjustments, reward redemptions, loyalty deductions and similar account-based value changes may affect the amount, form or availability of any refund, re-credit or reinstatement.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss of unused balances, expired credits, expired points, expired vouchers, unauthorized usage, cancelled rewards or adjustments made in accordance with these Terms.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or waives any non-excludable right or remedy available under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
12.1 We may amend, revise, replace or update these Credits & Vouchers Terms from time to time by publishing the updated version on the Website.
12.2 The version in force at the time of the relevant issue, redemption or transaction will generally apply unless a revised version is required by law or expressly stated to apply otherwise.
13. Language
13.1 If these Credits & Vouchers Terms are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law unless another language version is expressly stated to govern.
