Early Access Policy
This Early Access Policy governs temporary paid early access arrangements made available by KANG SEORYUN™ at kangseoryun.com, including releases under Namiizme™, Namiiman™ and associated labels where applicable.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Sale & Use, Privacy Notice, Copyright & DMCA Policy, Contributor Terms and any product-specific notices published on the Website.

1. Scope and Application
1.1 This Policy applies to digital content, digital releases, downloadable content, staged releases, timed releases, limited-access releases and other release structures identified by KANG SEORYUN™ as subject to Early Access.
1.2 This Policy applies in addition to our Terms of Sale & Use. If a product-specific notice, campaign-specific notice or separate written agreement states otherwise, that more specific term will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
1.3 This Policy applies only where a Product or release is expressly designated by us as subject to Early Access.
2. Nature of Early Access
2.1 Early Access is a temporary paid access structure under which eligible content may be made available for purchase, access or download before broader release.
2.2 Early Access provides time-based priority access only. It does not transfer ownership of the content and does not grant any right beyond the limited usage rights set out in our Terms of Sale & Use and any applicable product-specific terms.
2.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, Early Access does not mean permanent exclusivity. It is a temporary release structure only.
3. Purpose of Early Access
3.1 Early Access may be used to support ongoing creative development, release pacing, platform operations, editorial presentation, brand expansion, content production and related business activities of KANG SEORYUN™ and its associated labels.
3.2 Early Access may also be used to stage releases, manage rollout timing, support label-specific release strategies or maintain operational flexibility in connection with digital content releases.
3.3 Payment for Early Access grants only a limited right of early access to the relevant content in accordance with our policies and terms. It does not transfer copyright, commercial rights or any other ownership interest.
4. Release Structure
4.1 Where Early Access applies, the relevant content may be offered on a paid basis for a temporary period before broader release.
4.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, no fixed Early Access duration is guaranteed.
4.3 Where a later broader release or free release is intended, the relevant timing is indicative only unless expressly guaranteed by us in writing.
4.4 We reserve the right to adjust, shorten, extend, delay, suspend or otherwise revise release timing where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, legal, editorial, commercial, compliance or strategic reasons.
5. Availability and Delivery
5.1 Early Access content may be delivered through direct download links, order confirmation pages, customer accounts, designated access pages, member areas or other access methods specified by us.
5.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent hosting or continuous download availability.
5.3 Access may be delayed, reissued, restricted, suspended or modified where reasonably necessary for technical maintenance, fraud prevention, account review, rights management, platform operations or other legitimate operational reasons.
5.4 You are responsible for maintaining your own downloaded files, backups and lawful use environment where applicable.
6. Use Restrictions
6.1 Early Access content remains subject to all usage restrictions set out in our Terms of Sale & Use, including restrictions on redistribution, unauthorized sharing, commercial exploitation, re-uploading, leaking, repackaging, mirroring or other unauthorized circulation.
6.2 You must not bypass, extract, scrape, mirror or otherwise attempt to circumvent gated access, account restrictions, controlled release systems or other Early Access delivery mechanisms.
6.3 Any misuse of Early Access content may result in access revocation, account restriction, takedown action, suspension of access, withdrawal of licences or further enforcement action.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
7.1 Early Access purchases are subject to our Terms of Sale & Use and any applicable digital-product or refund rules published by us.
7.2 A later broader release or free release of content does not entitle a purchaser to a refund of the earlier paid Early Access purchase. The value of an Early Access purchase lies in receiving earlier access during the Early Access period.
7.3 Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks relating to Early Access purchases may result in access revocation, account restriction, suspension of related services or further enforcement action where appropriate.
8. Label and Contributor Participation
8.1 Early Access may apply to content released under KANG SEORYUN™ labels, including Namiizme™, Namiiman™ and associated labels where relevant.
8.2 Where Early Access content includes work by contributors, collaborators or third-party creators, release timing, access structure, staging and availability remain subject to KANG SEORYUN™ control, any applicable agreements and operational discretion unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
8.3 Nothing in this Policy guarantees that every release, creator contribution, collaboration or digital item will follow the same Early Access structure.
9. Third-Party Platform and Publisher Considerations
9.1 Certain content made available through KANG SEORYUN™ may relate to or interact with third-party games, platforms, publishers or ecosystems.
9.2 Where such third-party rules, publisher guidance, platform requirements or legal standards apply, KANG SEORYUN™ reserves the right to modify, restructure, shorten, extend, suspend or discontinue any Early Access arrangement to maintain compliance, operational continuity or risk control.
9.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, KANG SEORYUN™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any third-party publisher, platform owner or game rights holder in connection with such content.
10. Platform Discretion
10.1 KANG SEORYUN™ reserves the right to amend, suspend, shorten, extend, restructure or discontinue any Early Access arrangement at any time where reasonably necessary.
10.2 We may also revise, replace, withdraw, pause or discontinue specific content during or after its Early Access period.
10.3 We are not obliged to maintain any particular Early Access model, timeline, release cadence, label structure or access method indefinitely.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for interruptions, delays, access issues, timing changes, release schedule adjustments, suspended access or modified release structures affecting Early Access content.
11.2 We are not liable for changes made in response to third-party platform requirements, publisher guidance, legal developments or operational constraints outside our reasonable control.
11.3 Nothing in this Policy excludes, limits or waives any non-excludable right or remedy available under applicable law.
12. Changes to This Policy
12.1 We may amend, revise, replace or update this Early Access Policy from time to time by publishing the updated version on the Website.
12.2 The version in force at the time of the relevant purchase or access event will generally apply unless a revised version is required by law or expressly stated to apply otherwise.
13. Language
13.1 If this Early Access Policy is translated into another language, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law unless another language version is expressly stated to govern.
