FEATURE REQUESTS

This page governs requests submitted to KANG SEORYUN™ for editorial features, artist spotlights, creator spotlights, interviews, lookbooks, promotional features, campaign consideration and related editorial consideration at kangseoryun.com.

This page should be read together with our Terms of Sale & Use, Editorial, Features & Disclosures Policy, Contributor Terms, Privacy Notice and any separate written agreement, release form or project-specific terms issued by us.

1. Scope and Purpose

1.1 A Feature Request is a request submitted to KANG SEORYUN™ for consideration of a person, artist, singer, creator, brand, label, project, editorial concept, campaign concept, visual submission or related subject for possible editorial or feature treatment.

1.2 Submission of a Feature Request is a request for consideration only. It does not create any obligation on the part of KANG SEORYUN™ to review, respond, feature, publish, collaborate, compensate or proceed.
2. Eligibility to Submit

2.1 A Feature Request may be submitted by:

  • the featured person;
  • an authorized representative;
  • a manager;
  • a publicist;
  • a label or agency representative;
  • a brand representative;
  • another person authorized to act on behalf of the subject of the request.

2.2 By submitting a Feature Request, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide the information, materials and permissions relevant to that request.
3. Information We May Require

3.1 A Feature Request should include sufficient information for us to understand the subject of the request and assess whether it is suitable for editorial consideration.

3.2 We may request one or more of the following:

  • name of the featured person, brand or project;
  • short introduction or biography;
  • description of the proposed feature;
  • supporting images;
  • links to websites, press materials or social profiles;
  • music, portfolio or campaign links;
  • contact details;
  • release or permission information;
  • management or representation details;
  • any other material reasonably relevant to the request.

3.3 We may decline to consider incomplete, unclear, misleading, rights-uncleared or otherwise unsuitable requests.
4. No Guarantee of Review or Publication

4.1 Submission of a Feature Request does not guarantee review, response, acceptance, publication, scheduling, interview invitation, collaboration, editorial placement or future engagement.

4.2 KANG SEORYUN™ may accept, reject, ignore, delay, archive or decline any Feature Request at its sole discretion.

4.3 No past feature, prior relationship, prior publication, prior communication or social familiarity creates any obligation on the part of KANG SEORYUN™ to accept or prioritize a Feature Request.
5. Editorial Discretion

5.1 All Feature Requests are subject to the full editorial discretion of KANG SEORYUN™.

5.2 If a request is accepted for further consideration, KANG SEORYUN™ retains full discretion over whether, how, when and in what form the feature is prepared, labeled, edited, framed, published, delayed, revised or withdrawn.

5.3 Acceptance for consideration does not guarantee publication in any particular format, timeframe, placement, tone, headline structure or visual treatment.
6. Accuracy and Rights Clearance

6.1 By submitting a Feature Request, you represent and warrant that all information supplied is accurate, current and not misleading in any material respect.

6.2 You further represent and warrant that any submitted material, including photographs, videos, audio, interview materials, biographies, quotations, logos, promotional materials, press kits and other content, may lawfully be submitted for review and proposed use.

6.3 KANG SEORYUN™ may require additional permissions, approvals, releases, rights confirmations, management authorizations, image releases, artist releases or other supporting documentation before any feature proceeds.
7. Commercial and Sponsored Requests

7.1 If a Feature Request is connected with any commercial arrangement, sponsorship, gifted collaboration, paid placement, affiliate arrangement, commissioned campaign or other material benefit, that fact must be disclosed accurately to KANG SEORYUN™ at the time of submission.

7.2 Any resulting publication remains subject to our Editorial, Features & Disclosures Policy and may be labeled, disclosed, revised, delayed, refused or withdrawn at our discretion.
8. Unsolicited Materials and Confidentiality

8.1 Unless expressly agreed in writing, Feature Requests and any materials submitted with them are not treated as confidential.

8.2 You should not submit confidential, proprietary, embargoed, restricted or rights-uncleared materials unless expressly requested by us and appropriately documented.

8.3 KANG SEORYUN™ is under no obligation to return submitted materials, preserve them, destroy them on demand or refrain from independently developing or publishing content that is similar in theme, concept, style or subject matter.
9. Compensation and Fees

9.1 Submission of a Feature Request does not entitle you to payment, reimbursement, compensation, publicity value, guaranteed coverage, free promotional placement or any other commercial benefit.

9.2 Unless expressly agreed in writing, KANG SEORYUN™ is under no obligation to pay for materials submitted in connection with a Feature Request.

9.3 If a feature, campaign, sponsored placement or commercial arrangement is later agreed, the relevant commercial terms must be separately confirmed in writing.
10. Privacy and Personal Data

10.1 Any personal data processed in connection with a Feature Request is governed by our Privacy Notice.

10.2 You must ensure that any personal data relating to another person included in your request has been lawfully provided and may lawfully be used for the relevant purpose.
11. Withdrawal and Removal

11.1 If you wish to withdraw a Feature Request before publication, you may contact us through the official contact form made available on the Website.

11.2 Withdrawal of a request does not guarantee deletion of all records, correspondence, review files or related materials where retention is reasonably necessary for operational, record-keeping, compliance, dispute-handling or legal purposes.

11.3 If content has already been published, scheduled or incorporated into editorial or promotional materials, removal may not be immediate, complete or possible in all circumstances.
12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KANG SEORYUN™ is not liable for non-response, delayed response, non-publication, rejected requests, editorial decisions, publication delay, editorial revision, withdrawal, removal, relabeling or other outcomes arising out of or in connection with a Feature Request.

12.2 Nothing in this page excludes, limits or waives any non-excludable right or remedy available under applicable law.
13. Changes to This Page

13.1 We may amend, revise, replace or update this Feature Requests page from time to time by publishing the updated version on the Website.

13.2 The version in force at the time of the relevant submission will generally apply unless a revised version is required by law or expressly stated to apply otherwise.
14. Language

14.1 If this Feature Requests page is translated into another language, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law unless another language version is expressly stated to govern.
