1. Scope and Application
1.1 This Policy applies to all shipments of Physical Products purchased through the Website unless a separate written agreement or product-specific notice expressly provides otherwise.
1.2 Shipping availability, shipping methods, delivery territories, dispatch timelines and fulfilment arrangements may vary depending on the Product category, stock status, order destination, courier availability, customs requirements, operational constraints or any product-specific condition stated on the relevant product page.
1.3 Certain Products may be dispatched directly by KANG SEORYUN™ or through approved manufacturers, fulfilment centres, warehouses, suppliers, trading partners or third-party logistics providers, depending on the operational structure applicable to the relevant Product.
2. Shipping Territories
2.1 We may offer delivery to selected domestic and international destinations only.
2.2 Delivery availability is subject to operational feasibility, customs restrictions, sanctions compliance, courier coverage, address verification and any limitations stated at checkout or on the relevant product page.
2.3 We reserve the right to decline, cancel, suspend or restrict shipment to any country, region, territory, address or recipient where shipment is unavailable, impracticable, restricted, high-risk or prohibited by applicable law, carrier policy or internal risk controls.
3. Order Processing
3.1 Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization, order review and any internal verification or fraud-screening procedures we consider necessary.
3.2 Processing time refers to the period required to review, prepare, allocate, pack or otherwise arrange the relevant Order for dispatch. Processing time is separate from courier transit time.
3.3 Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page or in a product-specific notice, processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, Product type, operational load, customs documentation requirements, holiday periods, stock allocation, packaging requirements or other relevant factors.
3.4 Orders containing multiple Products may be processed together or separately at our discretion. Where appropriate, we may split an Order into multiple shipments without prior notice.
4. Dispatch and Delivery Estimates
4.1 Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines may be shown on the product page, at checkout, in an order confirmation or in other transaction-related communications.
4.2 Any stated timeframe is an estimate unless expressly identified by us in writing as a guaranteed dispatch or guaranteed delivery commitment.
4.3 Delivery times may vary based on destination, customs clearance, route conditions, weather, public holidays, courier handling, remote-area access, address issues, force majeure events, regulatory checks, stock movements or operational disruptions outside our direct control.
4.4 We do not guarantee delivery on or by any specific date unless we have expressly agreed to do so in writing.
5. Shipping Charges
5.1 Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown on the Website, at checkout or otherwise before completion of the relevant Order.
5.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges may vary depending on destination, shipping method, parcel weight, parcel dimensions, insurance, special handling, order composition or fulfilment origin.
5.3 Where free shipping, subsidized shipping or promotional shipping rates are offered, such offers may be limited by territory, order value, campaign conditions, Product category or other stated conditions.
5.4 Any customs duties, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees or destination-based charges are governed by section 8 of this Policy unless expressly stated otherwise by us in writing.
6. Delivery Address and Recipient Responsibility
6.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information submitted with your Order is accurate, complete and deliverable, including the recipient’s name, address, postal code, e-mail address, telephone number and any required delivery instructions.
6.2 We are not responsible for delay, non-delivery, loss, failed delivery or additional costs arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or incorrectly formatted delivery information supplied by you.
6.3 If an Order is returned to us, held by a courier, delayed or otherwise affected due to incorrect delivery information, failed collection, refusal to accept delivery or failure to comply with local import requirements, we may charge additional shipping, handling, storage or re-delivery fees before re-dispatch, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Courier Delivery and Transfer of Risk
7.1 We may use third-party couriers, postal services, logistics partners or fulfilment providers to dispatch and deliver Physical Products.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in our Terms of Sale & Use or required by applicable law, risk in a Physical Product passes upon delivery to the address provided by you, successful collection by you or the recipient, or such other delivery point as we specify for the relevant transaction.
7.3 Legal title in the Product remains subject to our Terms of Sale & Use and does not pass before full cleared payment has been received.
7.4 Delivery confirmation by the relevant courier, shipping provider or delivery service may be treated by us as evidence of successful delivery unless clear evidence to the contrary is provided.
8. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
8.1 International shipments may be subject to customs checks, import duties, import taxes, sales taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by destination-country authorities or third parties.
8.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise by us in writing, such charges are your responsibility and are not included in the Product price or shipping fee.
8.3 You are responsible for complying with the import requirements, documentation rules and product restrictions of the destination jurisdiction.
8.4 We are not responsible for delays, seizure, additional charges, destruction, return, abandonment or refusal of entry arising from customs processes, import restrictions, recipient non-compliance or destination-country regulatory requirements.
9. Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery and Uncollected Shipments
9.1 If a shipment cannot be delivered due to recipient absence, failed delivery attempts, address problems, refusal of delivery, customs non-response, unpaid destination charges or failure to collect from a pickup point, the shipment may be returned, destroyed, abandoned or otherwise handled by the courier or local authority in accordance with their procedures.
9.2 If a returned shipment is received back by us and re-delivery is requested, additional shipping and handling charges may apply unless the failed delivery resulted solely from our error or from a materially defective or materially incorrect shipment.
9.3 We are not obliged to refund original shipping charges or other non-recoverable costs incurred in connection with a failed or refused delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Lost, Damaged, Incorrect or Materially Different Shipments
10.1 If your Order arrives visibly damaged, materially different from what was ordered, incomplete in a material way or otherwise defective upon delivery, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible using the official contact form on the Website and provide supporting details, including photographs where relevant.
10.2 We may require reasonable evidence before assessing the claim, including package photographs, label photographs, Product photographs, order details and any courier correspondence.
10.3 Where a Product delivered to you is materially different from the Product ordered or contains defects, we will address the matter in accordance with applicable law, our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
10.4 We reserve the right to determine, acting reasonably, whether a reported shipping issue is attributable to transit damage, manufacturing defect, packing error, minor non-material variation, courier handling or another cause.
11. Made-to-Order, Pre-Order and Batch Fulfilment
11.1 Certain Physical Products may be sold on a made-to-order, pre-order, limited-run, allocation-based or production-linked basis.
11.2 Such Products may have longer processing times and separate fulfilment conditions due to production lead times, sourcing, supplier coordination, batch manufacturing, allocation management, customs documentation or operational staging.
11.3 Any timeline stated for such Products is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
11.4 Additional rules concerning made-to-order or pre-order fulfilment may be set out in the relevant product page or our Made-to-Order Policy.
11.5 For made-to-order Physical Products, processing time may include production time. Please allow up to 25 - 30 business days from the date of order for production and fulfilment, including delivery transit time, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page or at checkout.
12. Multiple-Origin Fulfilment and Split Shipments
12.1 Products may be fulfilled from different locations depending on stock availability, operational structure, supplier location, warehousing arrangements or product category.
12.2 Where an Order includes Products from different fulfilment points or with different processing requirements, we may dispatch them separately.
12.3 Split shipments do not, by themselves, entitle you to cancel the remaining portion of the Order or to claim that the Order was not accepted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Delivery Delays Outside Our Control
13.1 Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, address issues, public holidays, labour disruptions, force majeure, regulatory inspections, border issues, stock movement delays, production delays or other operational constraints outside our direct control.
13.2 We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by matters outside our reasonable control, subject always to any non-excludable rights under applicable law.
13.3 Where a significant delay arises, we may, where reasonably practicable, update you using the contact information associated with your Order.
14. Order Tracking and Shipment Notifications
14.1 Where tracking is available, we may provide tracking details by e-mail, through your account or through another communication channel associated with your Order.
14.2 Tracking availability may depend on the courier, destination, service level, shipment type or system integration in use.
14.3 You are responsible for monitoring any tracking information provided and for taking reasonable steps in response to courier notifications, customs requests or collection instructions.
15. Digital Products
15.1 Digital Products are not physically shipped and are therefore excluded from this Policy unless a specific bundled offer or hybrid arrangement expressly states otherwise.
15.2 Delivery of Digital Products is governed by our Terms of Sale & Use, Early Access Policy and any product-specific access terms.
16. Consumer Rights and Complaints
16.1 Nothing in this Policy excludes, limits or waives any non-excludable right or remedy available to a consumer under applicable law.
16.2 If you have a shipping-related complaint, you should contact us first through the official contact form made available on the Website.
17. Changes to This Policy
17.1 We may amend, revise, replace or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time by publishing the updated version on the Website.
17.2 The version in force at the time of your Order will generally apply to that Order unless a revised version is required by law or expressly stated to apply otherwise.
18. Language
18.1 If this Shipping & Delivery Policy is translated into another language, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law unless another language version is expressly stated to govern.
