You are purchasing early access to digital Content.
This means:

- The Content will be released for free later

Why does paid Content become free later?
This follows Electronic Arts’ guidelines for The Sims™ custom content.

Yes, with conditions.
You may include Content in Mixed Content such as:
- House builds
- Sims
- Story scenes
As long as:
- It is part of a larger project, where individual file separation may not always be practical.
- It is not redistributed as standalone files
- Proper credit is provided where reasonably possible
What is “Mixed Content”?
Mixed Content refers to large-scale creative projects where multiple creators’ assets are used together.
Example:
- A house with many custom content items
- A Sim using multiple creators’ assets
Due to scale, individual file separation may not always be practical.
Can I edit or modify the Content?
Not by default.
If you wish to:
- Adjust poses
- Convert animations
- Modify builds

Do creators get paid from my purchase?
Yes, during the early access period.
Creators may receive compensation based on:
- Platform agreements
- Early access distribution models
Once Content becomes free, revenue distribution ends.
Why can’t I get a refund?
All digital Content is non-refundable because:
- Files are delivered instantly
- They cannot be returned
Exceptions may apply for:
- Duplicate payments
- Corrupted or unusable files
I lost my files. Can I download again?
Download access may be limited.
You are advised to:

Support may be provided at our discretion.
Why isn’t everything credited in builds?
Some builds contain a large volume of assets.
Because of this:
- Full attribution may not always be possible
- Credits are provided where reasonably available
If you are the creator; You may contact us for review and credit correction
What if someone steals your Content?
We enforce our rights under our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
Unauthorized use may result in:
- Content removal
- Platform action
- Further enforcement where necessary
